Turks & Caicos Beaches Resort and Spa Visit

Departing Sebastian at 4:39AM, it was pouring rain which we so desperately need. Hopefully our spring / summer showers are here at last. Thankfully once on I-95 the rain stopped expect for a brief shower around West Palm Beach. It was a wonderful drive to Miami International airport approximately 2:30hrs. Other than a brief slow down at the Golden Gates Interchange which has I-95, the Florida Turnpike and 826 all coming together, the trip was smooth. My big surprise was Miami International airport, it has changed since I was last here in 2003. New Buildings, new garages under construction, new roads, incredible lighting in the Terminal, it is a pleasant experience. Checking in at Miami Air was a breeze with lots of agents from South Florida. I am looking forward to this trip: to see Amanyara, the new Beaches section (The Italian Village), The Regent Grand and the new Gr  Hotel. Now it is waiting for another 2 hours before departure, meanwhile it is time to find some breakfast. Well security checks at Miami Airport have not changed. It is a Slow Slow Process.
